Operation and maintenance of stirred water bath:
1The constant temperature stirring water bath should be placed flat on a fixed platform, and the power supply voltage must be consistent with the required voltage of this box. The power socket should use a three hole safety socket, and the grounding wire must be properly connected before use.
2Before the experiment, according to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of clean water or purified water to the water tank until it reaches the partition or higher. Then place the experimental vessel on the shelf and cover the hole cover.
maintenance
1Clean the instrument immediately after each use. Drain the water from the water bath, use a brush to gently remove any coarse debris from the water bath, and clean the pot. Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the water bath with a soft cloth, and then wipe dry with a cleaning cloth.
2The inner surface of the equipment should be free of water droplets, and the outer surface of the equipment should be bright, clean, and free of stains.
3When using the water bath, it must be reliably grounded and water should not overflow into the control box.
4Do not leave water in the water bath or keep the water level below the electric heating tube to prevent the electric heating tube from bursting and damaging.
5Conduct monthly maintenance checks on the instruments and promptly fill out maintenance records. |
